1. Eligibilty:
(a) Members must complete the transaction via the dedicated website redirected from “Shop Now” button, in order to be eligible to earn ST Points and 15% discount;
(b) Members must create or already have an account on Airalo.
2. Promotion Period:
(a) The promotion is valid from 1 April 2025 until 31 December 2025. The promotion might stop sooner if the maximum number of redemptions is reached before the end date.
3. Promotion Mechanics:
(a) A discount of 15% will be applied on any eSIM purchase, apply to all destinations and eSIM packages. The maximum discount value is $100;
(b) The promotion can be redeemed a maximum 10000 time(s) by any individual customer;
(c) The promotion cannot be combined or used alongside any other promotion;
(d) The promotion is limited to the first redemptions.
4. Cancellations/Refunds:
(a) Entries can be disqualified at the discretion of the Promoter if they have already redeemed the code and benefited from this promotion;
(b) Airalo reserves the right to cancel or modify any order, or revoke the use of this promotion for any of the following reasons:
i. Discount code was not used within the stated period or the maximum number of redemptions has been reached;
ii. Suspicious or fraudulent purchasing activity;
iii. Promotion abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or multiple checkouts associated with the same customer or group of customers;
iv. Discount used in bad faith (including resold eSIMs or use of discount by customers purchasing products for re-selling).
5. ST Points will be credited to the member’s account 90 days after the completion of an eligible transaction. ST Points will not be awarded if the order is cancelled.
6. ST Points awarded will be based on the local currency converted to USD Dollars. The exchange rate will be determined at Arrture Group Ltd’s discretion, based on the industry’s standard exchange rate.
7. Rewards are not calculated on postage / handling / delivery costs or associated purchase taxes in your region (This may include but not be limited to VAT, GST etc).
8. In case of any ST Points dispute, the decision of Smart Traveller and service provider shall be final.

(d) If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant;
